Baw Properties

BAW Properties is a boutique-style real estate investment and property management group started by native Philadelphian Brandon Whitake, who began his real estate career in Telluride, Colorado in 1997. Brandon's first project was a single-family, 2,700 square foot home that was sold for over $1 million, a price per square foot record at the time.

Beyond developing luxury resort properties in Colorado, BAW Properties has expanded to the Philadelphia area with a variety of real assets. BAW Properties has built a reputation for being selective in its choice of real estate investments and in their continued, professional and personal management style.
